Matthew 28:18-20
“And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth. Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen.”
A disciple of Jesus will desire to bring his/her insecurities to Jesus, and after resolving them it will be irrelevant what you think of yourself, what others think of you, because your mind will be constantly beholding to bring your personality under the mastery of Christ.
Love is not in waging war with a sword in your hand in the name of Jesus. Love is, surrendering completely to Jesus.
